- Services: Encompasses all gardening, landscaping, maintenance, and related services offered by Gardener Sutton.
2. Scope of Services
Gardener Sutton offers a range of services including, but not limited to:
- Landscape design and installation
- Garden maintenance and upkeep
- Planting and horticultural services
- Pest and disease management
- Hardscaping services such as patios and walkways
All services are provided in accordance with industry standards and tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.
3. Service Agreements
Each service engagement will be outlined in a written agreement detailing the specific services to be provided, timelines, and costs. This agreement becomes binding upon acceptance by both parties.
4. Payment Terms
Clients are required to adhere to the following payment terms:
- Invoices: Invoices will be issued upon completion of services or as per the schedule outlined in the service agreement.
- Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other mutually agreed-upon methods.
- Payment Due Date: Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified.
- Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges as stipulated in the service agreement.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services under the following conditions:
- Notice Period: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel scheduled services without penalty.
- Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
- Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule services subject to Gardener Sutton's availability.
6. Liability
Gardener Sutton strives to provide high-quality services. However, our liability is limited as follows:
- Property Damage: We are liable for damages directly caused by negligence during service delivery.
- Personal Injury: We are not liable for any personal injuries sustained during or as a result of our services.
- Indirect Damages: Gardener Sutton is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.
Clients agree to indemnify Gardener Sutton against any third-party claims resulting from the client's misuse of our services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gardener Sutton operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.

12. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Gardener Sutton regarding the use of our services.
13. Force Majeure
Gardener Sutton shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen events.
14. Notices
All notices under these Terms and Conditions must be in writing and delivered to the address specified in the service agreement or through agreed-upon electronic means.
Communication Channels
Clients may communicate with Gardener Sutton through email, phone, or other designated communication channels as outlined in the service agreement.
15. Acceptance
By engaging Gardener Sutton's services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
